October 24-26 sees the return of International Artist Day Festival in White Rock. After a successful inaugural event in 2013, this years’ festival opens Friday Oct 24th with a Gala evening 7pm-10pm in the Peace Arch Grand Salon showcasing 17 or so Master Artists in an intimate open air studio concept.
